Above all, we ask for your prayers as we continue to provide love, instruction, and meals for the children. In addition, we have the following ongoing needs. When resources like these are donated, we can use our grant dollars to purchase more instructional materials and even to add more teachers to our staff, which allows us to serve more students. Please contact us if you would like to find out more: (937) 215-9450.

Back-to-school needs:

  • basic clothing for boys and girls for when “accidents” happen. Shorts, sweatpants, T-shirts, underwear, and socks are always useful, in sizes 5 to 12.
  • backpacks, new or gently used
  • pencils, pencil grippers, student paper
  • copier paper
  • write on/wipe off markers

Winter needs:

  • gloves, mittens, hats for students, sizes range from small to large
  • winter coats (please call the office if you would like to warm up a child in need, and we will let you know the size and gender of the child)
  • sweatshirts and hoodies for children who do not have winter-appropriate clothing

Ongoing needs:

  • snacks (for when the children arrive in the afternoon); these could include individual packets of fruit snacks, pretzels, raisins, chips, roll-ups, cookies, etc.
  • paper products; these include napkins, tissues, paper towels, cups, etc.
  • new or gently used books (picture books, chapter books, hardcover or paperback); children receive books as rewards for reaching milestones in their reading, so we go through about a lot of books
  • new or gently used clothing for ages 5 through 9 and some larger sizes; underpants, socks, jackets, T-shirts, sweatpants, scarves, gloves or mittens, hats, etc.
